The image workflow is led by Main Unit DIT, Ryan Mcgregor, who establishes the creative standards for the project. Our Second Unit DIT, Thian, then manages exposure and look-matching to align with those standards. Both units rely on our Data Wrangler, Chang, who is responsible for secure on-set data management.

This is our Dailies Operator's Cart from CHO for The White Lotus Season 3, featuring the essential color grading control surface, dual monitors, and the SCRATCH dailies system. This station ensured that every beautiful shot from Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok was backed up, processed, and color-matched for a seamless post-production workflow.
